Scotia Salon was founded in 2008 by Olivia Mullins. Olivia started her career in Scotland, where she worked for the prestigious Rainbow Room International in Glasgow. Moving to the states, she had a dream of creating a salon with an environment that is comfortable, inviting and most of all, creative.

With that, Scotia was born.
